Welcome to the Arogyanubhuti Foundation Training Portal. This policy outlines how we handle your personal data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
We collect only the essential information required for your training: Name, Email Address, and Password.
Your data is strictly used ONLY for: Facilitating your login, tracking your training progress, and issuing your final course certification. We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.
We use secure, strict session cookies solely to keep you logged in securely. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
Your data is retained only as long as necessary for your training. Inactive user accounts and associated data will be securely deleted after 12 months of inactivity. Security logs are retained for 6 months for audit purposes. Deleting your account will irreversibly anonymize your personal identifiers while retaining aggregate testing metrics for institutional record-keeping. If you request account deletion, your data may temporarily remain in secure, automated server backups for a limited time before being completely overwritten.
We use a standard secure email service provider (SMTP) to send you OTPs and important notifications. No other third parties have access to your data.
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to access your data, request corrections, withdraw your consent, and request the deletion of your account at any time.
